Hi, I'm Nupur Singh — a certified trainer with over thirteen years of experience. Like many of us in India, I started my journey by doing what felt like the “right” thing. I completed my Mechanical Engineering degree with distinction—but I always found myself more curious about people than machines. I was drawn to understanding how people think, behave, communicate, and grow. So after my degree,I decided to explore what I truly wanted to do.
From Classrooms to Corporates: I then worked with final-year students and college professors, and went on to become a visiting faculty across 13+ colleges under Pune University. As my work evolved, I transitioned into the corporate space—training professionals across organisations like Michelin, HSBC, Honeywell, Government of UK, Mahindra & Mahindra, Mitsubishi , Sulzer and more . I also spent three years working in Learning & Development—designing corporate training programs at Cognizant and Michelin
